- 1 lb clams, scrubbed
- 1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or wide, shallow skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the rice to the pan and stir to coat with the onion mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the rice begins to toast and become slightly translucent.
